CASA Y ENTORNO
Esta casa rural la construimos nosotros a nuestro gusto en una parcela de 500m2. Está registrada en turismo como alojamiento rural con el número: VTAR/GR/02495
Hace esquina a 2 calles: En la Calle Vista Blanca está la puerta de entrada, y en la otra está el acceso a la cochera. Para nivelar la parcela s hicimos construir un gran muro de mampostería de piedra rústica. Por tanto, el nivel de la casa es 5 metros más alto que el de la carretera.
El chalet, de 130m2, lo situamos en el centro de la parcela. Es una casa rural muy luminosa.
Los espacios exteriores están muy bien distribuidos: A la calle Vista Blanca dan una gran terraza y un huerto con árboles frutales. A un lado de la casa rural y protegida por el huerto, tenemos la piscina privada, con césped , barra bar, horno de leña moruno, y cuarto de baño con ducha. En la parte posterior del chalet hay un porche de verano, con techo de madera, ideal para pasar los calores del verano. Desde el porche de la casa rural se accede a la cocina por una puerta situada en la parte trasera de la casa.
El Alojamiento rural Vista Blanca ha sido nuestra vivienda hasta el año 2006. Tiene una distribución muy cómoda, y al no tener escaleras la casa, es ideal para familias con niños o problemas de movilidad.
Todas las habitaciones son exteriores. La casa tiene además calefacción por gasoil y agua caliente central durante el invierno y aire acondicionado en salón y pasillo junto a dormitorios.
La casa rural está sólo a 5 Km del centro de Granada, Puerta Real. La Alhambra está a 4km y la Estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, a 25km. El entorno del municipio es rico en zonas verdes, montañas y con el mayor río de Granada, el río Genil. La zona es ideal para actividades al aire libre como senderismo, bici, running, paseo con las mascotas, etc..
Hay un autobús urbano, que cada 15 minutos conecta el pueblo con el centro de la ciudad. La parada de bus está a unos 50m. de la casa.
HOUSE AND ENVIRONMENT
We built this rural house to our liking on a 500m2 plot. It is on the corner of 2 streets: On Calle Vista Blanca is the entrance door, and on the other is the access to the garage. To level the plot we had a large rustic stone masonry wall built. Therefore, the level of the house is 5 meters higher than that of the road.
The 130m2 chalet is located in the center of the plot. It is a very bright rural house. It is registered in tourism as rural accommodation with the number: VTAR/GR/02495
The outdoor spaces are very well distributed: Vista Blanca street overlooks a large terrace and an orchard with fruit trees. On one side of the rural house and protected by the orchard, we have the private pool, with lawn, bar counter, Moorish wood oven, and bathroom with shower. At the back of the chalet there is a summer porch with a wooden roof, ideal for spending the summer heat. From the porch of the rural house, the kitchen is accessed through a door located at the back of the house.
The Vista Blanca rural accommodation has been our home until 2006. It has a very comfortable distribution, and since the house does not have stairs, it is ideal for families with children or mobility problems. All rooms are exterior. The house also has oil heating and central hot water during the winter and air conditioning in the living room and hallway next to the bedrooms.
The rural house is only 5 km from the center of Granada, Puerta Real. The Alhambra is 4km away and the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort, 25km away. The environment is rich in green areas, mountains and with the largest river in Granada, the Genil River. The area is ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, running, walking with pets, etc.
There is an urban bus, which every 15 minutes connects the town with the city center. The bus stop is about 50m. of the house
